Wait up to 5 minutes for processing. Check your MAC address format and ensure URLs are accessible.

Connection issues?

Ensure your device is connected to the internet and your playlist URLs are using HTTPS when possible.

Unsupported format?

Convert your playlist to M3U or M3U8 format. Ensure channel logos use publicly accessible URLs.

Parental controls?

Default parental control password is 0000. You can change this in the app settings.
